Practice Areas

Samantha specializes in estate planning and administration, as well as business succession and tax planning. Her practice ranges from helping families, couples and individuals in need of basic estate planning, including pre- or post-marital agreements, to complex plans involving corporate or significant tax planning needs. Samantha uses a broad range of tools to create tailored and creative strategies for each client and their families.  Equally important is Samantha’s understanding of the very personal nature of estate planning decisions. She prides herself on effectively communicating a client’s options to them and working with her clients to implement the proposed solutions efficiently.

 Samantha previously spent time as a commercial lender with Lasalle Bank/Bank of America, working closely with small and mid-market business clients. She holds a JD from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Samantha is licensed to practice law in Illinois and California.
