David A. Kallick
Practice Areas
David Kallick concentrates his practice in the representation of banks, bank holding companies, and other financial institutions. His expertise includes documentation of commercial and real estate loan transactions, the acquisition and merger of financial institutions, dealing with various state and federal regulatory agencies, and commercial loan workouts. In addition, he has served on bank board of directors.
David has also represented corporations in the negotiation of loan arrangements with financial institutions and general corporate matters. In connection with his representation of financial institutions, David has presented numerous programs to bank loan officers on documentation of secured loans. Additionally, David has experience in the conversion, development, and management of condominiums and commercial transactions involving cooperatives. While serving as an Assistant Dean at Chicago-Kent College of Law and the University of Southern California Law Center, David lectured and taught courses in the area of professional responsibility. David has also served on a number of charitable boards of directors.
