Adam M. Heiman
Adam’s primary focus is in estate planning, including asset protection and gift and estate tax planning, helping families and individuals formulate strategies for the transfer of their wealth and the long-term protection and financial security of their spouses and children. Adam advises and works closely with family members handling all estate and trust administration matters, including probate and the preparation of estate tax returns.
Adam also focuses a large part of his practice on commercial real estate matters, representing clients in such complex matters as the sale, acquisition, and financing of commercial and multifamily properties and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties. Inherent in such matters is the organization of entities requiring the preparation of operating agreements, corporate organizational documents, shareholder buy-sell agreements, and private placement memorandums.
In addition, Adam represents clients selling and purchasing businesses, whether through a sale of assets or stock, the financing related to such purchases, and helping such entities with their general corporate needs.
Adam is a certified public accountant and currently serves on the board of the Deerfield Youth Baseball Association.
